PLATINUM LIFETIME INSTALLATION WARRANTY: For new flooring installations.
Kourtis Flooring Ltd. offers the following lifetime and extended installation warranties for all new installation
projects - when a flooring maintenance contract is awarded and maintained by Kourtis Flooring after installation.

• Carpet Tile
o Lifetime warranty on all repairs up to maximum 100 tile repairs per year.

• Porcelain, Vinyl (VCT) and Natural Stone Tile
o 5 year repair warranty for loose, chipped, cracked tiles - up to maximum 20 tiles per year. Subsequent lifetime warranty for up to 10 tiles repaired per year. Tiles to be supplied by client

• Carpet Broadloom
o For 12 ft rolled goods carpet installations, a 5 year repair warranty.

• Marmoleum/Linoleum
o 5 year repair warranty for seam repairs and welding of subsequent tears.

GOLD LIFETIME INSTALLATION WARRANTY: For existing flooring applications.
Whenever Kourtis Flooring is awarded and continues to maintain your flooring maintenance contract for all
existing flooring, the following warranties are offered upon inspection of existing flooring.

• Carpet Tile
o Lifetime warranty on all repairs up to maximum 30 tile repairs per year.

• Porcelain, Vinyl (VCT) and Natural Stone Tile
o 3 year repair warranty for loose, chipped, cracked tiles - up to maximum 20 tiles per year.
Subsequent lifetime warranty for up to 10 tiles repaired per year. Tiles to be supplied by client

• Carpet Broadloom
o 3 year repair warranty for seam repairs, re-stretching and ripples.

• Marmoleum/Linoleum
o 3 year repair warranty for seam welding repairs and welding repairs of tears.

The following conditions are NOT covered within the warranties provided by Kourtis Flooring.
1. General fading and wear.
2. Damage due to poor subfloor conditions
3. Manufacturer defects
4. Damage to treated material by failure to use reasonable daily care.
5. Damage caused by paint, dyes, acid, bleach, caustic/corrosive materials, pet urine, torn material.
6. Damage resulting from misuse, high-heeled shoes or cleats, water damage/flooding, insects,
negligence, abuse, pebbles, sand or other abrasives.
7. Damage resulting from failure to follow all manufaturer's specific written instructions.

Any attempt that is made to repair the floor prior to the involvement of Kourtis Flooring with a full inspection and authorized repair, will void this warranty.
